The role: We are looking for a creative Senior Campaign Manager to plan, coordinate, implement and oversee various marketing campaigns, working collaboratively with the wider business to prepare and execute these omni-channel campaigns, end-to-end. Measuring and reporting on their effectiveness and ROI is vital to understand how adapting the campaigns can benefit/impact. You will work closely with the Head of Brand on managing spend and campaign schedules.

To be successful, you will need to have experience managing digital, print and in-real-life campaigns. You will be an excellent project manager and have talent for working in a fast-paced environment.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Devise fun, engaging and informative marketing campaigns with the intent to drive customers in to store whilst also thinking about how this translates online and via all digital channels.

Manage the day-to-day execution of the marketing campaigns so they are in line with budgets that will help achieve overall business objectives. This includes working effectively with the stores and demonstrating an understanding of all elements of marketing such as CRM, Social Media, PR, Events, Sampling, Paid Media, Customer Service and in-store activity

Ensure we deliver creative consistency across every single touch point when delivering our campaigns, working with our Senior Graphic Designer to do so.

Have a point of view on the creative and ensure it works across PoS, digital, print, mobile, email, online and social channels.

Implement the campaign laydown for The Fragrance Shop, Beauty at The Fragrance Shop, and any other new brand launches or initiatives within the business.

Regularly review our customers multichannel experience and make recommendations to ensure we are constantly improving with help from the retail, digital and ecommerce teams.

Provide recommendations for how we continue to innovate our PoS and campaign creative in-store from both a business-wise perspective, but also more localized marketing.

Follow marketing processes which include raising POs, liaising with external suppliers and sourcing quotes from potential providers/suppliers.

Build out a campaigns team that will help support you in implementing all TFS campaigns, campaign processes, local marketing initiatives and innovations.

Ensure the business is aware of and adhering to the campaign requirements. This includes creating campaign briefs, implementing campaign guidelines, campaign summaries, and reporting and measuring the performance of all (namely core gifting campaigns e.g. Valentine’s Day) activity.

Constantly keep up-to-date with retail industry innovation and keep the marketing team updated on these.

Regularly monitor and report on competitor activity.

Conduct on-going analysis, key insights and recommendations to optimise and enhance our retail experience.

Collaboratively work with the overall marketing and B&M team to ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

Provide professional leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment conducive to professional growth and development.

Any other duties as reasonably required.

 

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor Degree: Marketing, or related (or equivalent experience).

5+ years related Marketing experience with demonstrated success in the role(s) working for either a brand or an agency.

Experience in the retail environment.

Good knowledge and interest in all areas of marketing.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Customer-focused with a good commercial understanding.

Should exhibit high levels of attention to detail.

Has excellent organisational and time management skills.

Creative thinking and execution.

Has a desire to learn new skills and new technologies.

Passion for beauty and fragrance.

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate passion for the customer.

Ability to work in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Proactive, self-starter and a team player.
