The role: As a PR & Brand Activation Executive, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic events, public relations, and experiential activations. You will support on the execution of brand events, maintain relationships with PR agencies, and oversee key administrative aspects of brand activations. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure seamless execution of campaigns that align with the company’s brand strategy and business objectives.

What you’ll be doing:
Event Management:
Support on the ideation & development of creative event concepts that align with the trade marketing calendar and brand strategy.
Support on the end-to-end execution of approved events, including planning, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis.
Negotiate pricing with vendors to optimize budgets and ensure cost efficiencies.
Track event performance, gather insights, and present learnings to key stakeholders to refine future activations.
Public Relations Management:
Support the PR agency, ensuring alignment with the business Trade Calendar.
Manage PR plans and share brand assets to drive measurable brand visibility across media.
Identify opportunities for media coverage, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance reach and relevance.
Support in drafting press releases and other PR-related materials as needed.
Oversee the sample management process, ensuring timely distribution to PR Agency and media contacts to optimise product placements and brand mentions.
Administrative & Strategic Support:
Maintain detailed documentation of events, PR activities, and budgets for internal tracking and reporting.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure event and PR initiatives align with business objectives.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all activations and communications align with the company’s values, mission, and messaging.
Provide insights and recommendations on industry trends and best practices to enhance brand activation strategies.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, or relevant field.
Proven experience in event planning, brand activation, or public relations within a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent negotiation skills with experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends for events and activations.
