The role: This is an important role as you will act as the critical interface between Head Office and stores, providing key support in store communications, management information, holiday collation, processing training requests and overall supporting the retail field team.

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, with a pro-active, helpful and flexible attitude and excellent attention to detail. The role also requires strong IT skills and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Be the primary contact for stores and central communications to the field

Coordinate stores queries and resolutions 

Collate and distribute the daily bulletin

Collate all reporting required for the weekly retail trading meeting

Support visual merchandising, marketing and buying teams when information from stores is required or key strategic messages are cascaded to stores

Document and distribute all actions from the retail operations weekly/monthly

Monitor the field rota

Update retail operations internal file with any retail relevant information

Regularly update field team contact sheets

Update retail field team structure changes and contact details across the business

Collate and coordinate the holiday requests for approval of Chief Retail Officer

Support Chief Retail Officer with management information in advance of store visits

Support retail colleagues, helping to coordinate roadshows, conference etc.

Any other tasks that may arise to support the retail stores

 

What you’ll bring:
In order to excel in this role you must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook and can demonstrate a solid background in administration.

You will have exceptional time management skills, be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and love working in a fast-paced environment. You will have good attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
