The role:

The Retail Project Manager is responsible for project management of store openings, refits, and new retail formats, as well as facilities management across the UK estate, ensuring brand standards, timelines, and budgets are met.   This role will report to the Property Director and be based at our head office in Trafford Park, Manchester plus with regular travel to stores as required.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

*       Manage new store openings, re-sites, refits, and closures.

*       Deliver projects on time, to specification, and within budget.

*       Manage refurbishment programs and critical paths.

*       Oversee facilities maintenance (cleaning, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

*       Conduct store surveys and manage snagging of works.

*       Identify and manage external contractors.

*       Ensure compliance for all preventative maintenance works.

*       Maintain strong relationships with contractors, landlords, and stores.

*       Support and manage one member of the team.
