Role Overview:

 

The Sales and Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the Sale & Supply chain and providing comprehensive support to the sales team. This role involves managing customer accounts, processing orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring that customer requirements are met in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 Customer Account Management:

 

o    Assist in the daily management of customer accounts. 

O   Ensure all sales orders are received and processed promptly to meet customer requirements. 

O   Create and maintain the set-up of customer product files, including the completion of new line forms and helping with customer range plans. 

 

 Order Processing and Invoicing:

 

o    Ensure all daily invoicing is processed, reconciled, and delivered to customers. 

o    Track customer sales orders through to invoicing. 

o    Report daily order trackers and sales reconciliation reports. 

 
 
 
 

 Sales Support:

 

o    Provide full support to the Sales Account Managers, including setting up and     maintaining customer accounts, creating quotes, and processing all orders end to end. 

o    Maintain customer product listings and handle payment processing. 

o    Assist with the information flow between departments to ensure smooth operations. 

 
 

Customer Service:

 

o    Fully support in resolving customer queries. 

o    Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure their expectations are met. 

 

Administrative Duties:

 

o    Ensure all administrative duties are completed on time. 

o    Raise transfer orders and handle new item creation. 

o    Assist in the preparation of sales and inventory reports. 

 
 

Requirements:

 

o   Proven experience in a supply chain or sales support role.

o   Strong organizational and time-management skills.

o   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

o   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o   Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

o   Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
