Ecommerce Executive
Responsibilities:
Monitoring key site metrics including Revenue, AOV, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, Traffic (new and returning) etc.
Ensuring the websites & channels are kept up-to-date with; correct offers, correct gift offers, updated banners, new in products/brands, regularly updated category pages.
Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the website as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.
Using analytics and our in-house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimise sales, measure performance & define strategy.
Identify & optimise online customer journeys through the website, focusing on increase conversion funnels
Work with buying teams to understand product positioning & target audiences. Feeding back into channel teams to refine plans.
Work with Marketing teams on new products and campaigns
Creative management - Ensure assets are available across site & marketing channels for launches, merchandising imagery, events, marketing assets.
Online Merchandising - ensure the site is optimised with relevant products
Optimising Products for the PDP with imagery and copy
Cross collaboration with wider teams including CRM, Paid Social, Paid media, SEO, Social, Marketing and B&M
Collaborate with the design & SEO team to build & optimise landing pages to enhance user experience
Identify search & Product trends and make optimisations across site
Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Basic understanding of HTML
Understanding of digital marketing principles, included SEO, PPC and Social Media Marketing
Basic understanding of Excel
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skill
