We showcase over 700 brands, all of which are available for you to browse online at your leisure or in one of our 216 stores, our mission is to Spray a Little Happiness. We pride ourselves in delivering outstanding service to each one of our 25 million customers, demonstrated by our recent rewards for excellent customer service and over 240k 5 star reviews on feefo. Whether you choose to shop in one of over 200 stores, online or over the phone our friendly team ensure finding the perfect fragrance a pleasurable experience.

Our Store Managers are the heart of the business. Following extensive training their noses are finely tuned to help our customers find the perfect fragrance to meet their needs, whether it is for themselves or a gift.

Life as a Store Managers means you a responsible for a small team to inspire and coach to ensure your team deliver exceptional customer service every time. Store Managers regularly receive training from amazing brands either at the quarterly roadshows or the annual conference to ensure they are familiar on all the latest products.
