We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior National Account Manager to join our team, responsible for managing key corporate accounts including some of the UK’s Largest Supermarket Retailers and other chains.

The role:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior National Account Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in fostering a high-energy, fun and collaborative working environment!
The Senior National Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key customers, driving commercial success through effective negotiations and account management.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Senior National Account Manager will focus on maximising sales, ensuring profitability, and securing the best deals for both our business and our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or account management, preferably within the fragrance, beauty or FMCG industry and a track record of success in managing complex customer accounts.
What you’ll be doing:
Account Management: Lead and manage key retail accounts, e.g. top 4 Grocery retail, and other major national chains, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement Joint business or account plans to drive sales growth, profitability, and market penetration for our product lines.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at each retailer, acting as the primary point of contact.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability for each account through strategic selling, promotions, and category management.
Negotiations: Lead negotiations for annual contracts, pricing, promotional plans, and terms of business with national accounts.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to identify opportunities for growth and recommend solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Purchasing, supply chain, Operations and finance to ensure smooth account operations and successful product launches.
Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to the Sales Director, contributing to strategic decision-making.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to grow brand presence and distribution.
What you’ll bring:
5+ years’ experience in senior sales or account management role, ideally within the fragrance, beauty, or FMCG industry with strong industry knowledge
Proven experience managing large corporate accounts with major retailers.
Willingness to travel within the UK for client meetings and account management. Occasional international travel may be required.
