The role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Content Executive will be responsible for developing, planning and executing content across TFS channels.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams to develop relevant content for each channel and own the 360 approaches of content to ensure campaign content is covered across all channels.

As the Senior Content Executive, you will need to plan, develop and execute engaging content to deadlines, analyse impact, and make changes to improve performance.

 

What you’ll be doing:
As a champion of all things content at The Fragrance Shop, you will be responsible for:

 

Manage the Campaign Content Calendar to show what content TFS is producing, when, and across which channels - updating the wider team on activity.

Delivering the planned content within deadlines.

Own the content planning and execution of the Podcast. Delivering monthly episodes that discuss relevant topics; always considering search, trending social themes and driving brand growth.

Plan and develop content and copy for each of our seasonal TFS Magazines.

Upload the digital magazine to the TFS website aligning with each magazine launch date.

Plan, develop and maintain all content on the ‘TFS Life’ page to ensure all current and relevant content is live and updated in line with key campaign or calendar moments.

Work closely with the SEO manager to plan future campaigns based on key search terms, ensuring relevancy to upcoming calendar events to help the brands visibility across search.

Plan and develop PR articles which can be shared across digital PR.

Work closely with the PR agency to plan and develop any articles they may need to seed out to support an event or calendar moment.

Be the brand guardian and copywriting expert in the business for all copywriting and tone of voice.

Copy creation for all of TFS assets from CRM and marketing campaigns to the magazine and website.

Maintain the Blog with relevant content utilising content already produced.

Be the go-to person for holistic content ideas and support the social team on key topics and campaign ideas.

Consistently research content trends and look at new ideas weekly to ensure we are relevant as a brand across the Beauty and Fragrance industry to help grow brand fame.

Be seen as a professional, provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment conducive to professional growth and development.

 

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or experience in a previous campaign management related role.

Experience in planning and executing content campaigns across channels.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing ideas and strategies for retail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
