We are seeking a Sales Account Executive, who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of key trade and wholesale accounts. Reporting to the National Account Manager/Senior National Account Manager, you will assist in driving sales, ensuring the smooth operation of accounts, and building strong relationships with customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their sales career within the fragrance and beauty industry, gaining valuable experience in account management and negotiation.
What you’ll be doing:
Account Support: Assist the NAM/SNAM in managing larger trade and wholesale accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations.
Account Responsibility: Take on ownership for a portfolio of smaller accounts working with the wider team to service and grow these customers.
Sales Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to account management, create price offers, assist with range recommendations, compile and share product details to enable smooth setup and sales transaction.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact for queries, requests, and general account support.
Sales Growth: Support the NAM/SNAM in identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive account growth through promotions, pricing strategies, and market research.
Market Analysis: Assist in tracking market trends, competitor activity, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategies.
Negotiation Assistance: Provide support during contract and pricing negotiations, helping to secure favourable terms that align with company goals.
Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for the NAM/SNAM, ensuring accurate and timely information.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Purchasing, supply chain, Operations and finance, to ensure successful product distribution and account operations.
New Business Development: Help identify potential new business opportunities within the wholesale and trade sector to expand the company’s market presence.
What you’ll bring: We are looking to hire a team player with strong communication skills, commercial acumen and a pro-active attitude. 1+ years’ experience in a sales or account support role is desirable. Experience within the fragrance and beauty/FMCG industry is preferred but not essential.
