Role overview:

We are seeking a flexible and commercially astute Personal Assistant with a customer-focused approach. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly successful and expanding entrepreneurial business, providing outstanding support, as Personal Assistant to the CEO.  

 

Reporting to: CEO

 

Core Responsibilities:

Manage the operation in synergy with the CEO, filtering emails, eliminating distractions and pre-empting information requests.

Ensure that meetings begin on time, on the correct communication channel, with preparation material delivered in advance and all the right people in attendance.

Optimise travel schedules, enabling remote decision making and always keeping projects on track. 

Manage some financial elements both personally and for business related expenses.

Learning and understanding the business and the CEO is critical. You will be able to put forward requests for meetings, lunches, keys notes etc, that align with the needs of the business.

As a PA, engagement with people must be one of your core strengths; you should have the ability to nurture, care and make sure all the soft facets are covered such as refreshments, the right food etc, ensuring peak performance. 

Understand, in detail, the CEO’s numerous tasks, how these tasks fit into the overall scope of the business and maintain communication with senior executives, brand partners in all areas of the CEO’s work.

 

Expertise Match: 

Experience within a similar role providing support to a CEO/MD is essential.

Minute taking and excellent typing ability is essential.

Work experience within retail or wholesale is desirable.

Work experience within an entrepreneurial/family business is desirable.

Degree level education or equivalent is desirable.

Fully conversant with Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
