As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Paid Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team.

Job Overview: As a Paid Media Executive at The Fragrance Shop, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising our paid media campaigns across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven and creative individual to make a significant impact on our brand's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies to drive traffic, sales, and customer acquisition.
  • Create and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our paid media efforts are cutting-edge.
  • Manage budgets, track spending, and ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving performance through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for digital marketing.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
