The role:

As we expand our ecommerce operations, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Ecommerce Executive to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our direct-to-consumer channels across our own brands and successful third-party brands.

 

The Ecommerce Executive will have the chance to specialise in one of the following key areas: Social Commerce, Visual Merchandising, Website Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Ecommerce Operations. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of one or two key priorities and make them their own, while also being eager to learn more about the broader ecommerce landscape.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Lead the strategy and execution of ecommerce initiatives within your area of expertise (e.g., Social Commerce, CRM, CRO)
Manage and optimise our stores on platforms including Shopify Plus, eBay, OnBuy, Shein, and TikTok Shop
Utilise CRM tools such as Klaviyo to enhance customer engagement and retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce strategies
Analyse and report on key performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our ecommerce operations at the forefront of the market
 

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in one of the following areas: Social Commerce, Visual Merchandising, Website Analytics, CRO, CRM, or Ecommerce Operations
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify Plus and other marketplaces such as eBay and TikTok Shop
Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Klaviyo, to drive customer engagement and sales
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A passion for beauty, fragrance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
 

This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce Executive who is looking for a diverse challenge to broaden their experience. However, we also welcome candidates with digital experience who are keen to deepen their expertise and focus in D2C Ecommerce. If you’re enthusiastic and willing to learn, we’re happy to provide the necessary training to help you succeed in this role.
