The role:

Reporting to the Head of CRM, The CRM Manager will focus on on planning, execution and analysis of our daily email campaigns, automated journey flows, enriched data collection and accelerating our use of In-App Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp to deliver a best-in-class multi-channel customer experience.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Manage and mentor a team of 2, ensuring they hit target performance KPIs and supporting their personal development objectives.

Ensure all CRM channels meet their trade revenue targets.

Plan, execute, analyse, and optimise daily email, in-app push campaigns around The Fragrance Shop’s promotional calendar.

Lead management of brand funded CRM campaigns, working with brand partners to maximise value.

Support development of automated journey flows triggered by key touchpoints, including transactional communications, abandon bag/browse, post-purchase/opt-in onboarding and nurture, replenish, reactivation, purchase anniversary.

Ensure all communications are thoroughly briefed, built, pass internal approval and inbox placement tests, and deployed on schedule.

Deliver timely analysis of all CRM activities.

Ensure CRM campaigns are completed with associated A/B, multi-variate testing to continuously optimise channel performance.

Maintain a bank of insights and findings CRM team can refer to, ensuring best practice is applied consistently.

Support best practice to maximise engagement, and protect domain reputation (Google postmaster tools, Microsoft SNDS).

 

What you’ll bring: 

Strong 'hands-on' experience with email marketing

Strong understanding of CRM best practice.

Knowledge of Bloomreach CRM platform or comparable platform.

Literate in google analytics and Excel.

Basic HTML/CSS/JSON/Jinja programming skills are a plus.

A team player with a passion for CRM and personal development.
