The role: Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for affiliates and a desire to make a difference? We have just the role for you!
Reporting to the Head of E-commerce & Digital, The Affiliate & Partnerships Manager will focus on driving customer acquisition across affiliate partners & increasing direct partnerships with 3rd party organisations.
What you’ll be doing:
Devise short and long term strategies to deliver high levels of measurable growth in traffic, revenue and profit.
Own the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual partnerships & affiliates targets and KPIs.
Adopt a data-driven approach to analyse the value of existing affiliates and partnerships; negotiate the most fitting commercial models for extracting maximum commercial value.
Conduct research to identify suitable marketing partnerships for mutual commercial gain; manage the end-to-end contact cycle: outreach, develop proposals, negotiation, execution of activity, evaluation; ongoing relationship management to develop and grow commercial value
Identify target customer segments e.g. students, and develop partnerships and campaigns specifically targeting them to acquire sales;
Influence and collaborate with wider internal teams to enable implementation of plans and activities in a timely manner.
Maintain a full and healthy pipeline of new business development opportunities
Champion tech developments internally that support better partnerships & affiliates performance, and increased process and spend efficiency
Secure buy-in of affiliates & partnerships plans from senior management
What you’ll bring:
We are looking to hire someone who is a data driven individual and experienced in managing & leading affiliate teams with excellent communication and analytical skills. Experience in an affiliates managerial position is preferred with a proven track record of driving commercial growth from the channel with the ability to also lead and inspire a team.
